Visa for Qatar:
You can apply online through:
http://www.qatarembassy.net/visa.asp or
with Qatar Airways, which requires a reservation in a hotel:

Visas for the United Arab Emirates:
Tourist visas must be obtained from the travel agent or hotel. This visa is valid for 30 days and costs AED AED 100 + 10 for shipping.

There is no age limit for a 2-country, require a travel insurance.

For each airport will find ATM machines and money exchange. It is always advisable to change money at your destination. I can not tell you how much you deserve to know, without knowing where they sleep, eat, shop, etc. It is better to have a credit card. ATMs are a lot available.

Without any offense, there are so many attractions, it is mentioned that much. Please check online. Here are a few:

Sorry, no idea about this CERN. Perhaps a respected member of the Indian.

Enjoy your trip!
